Then the designers tried many solutions, including replacing the band and elastic threads, and increasing the number of elastic threads. After hundreds of trials, the new version was upgraded with a new band, replaced with a new super elastic cord, and added an additional 12 elastic cords. The new version strikes a balance between better elasticity and Stay up, the new version has proven to be more popular, and the new version of the sock won't fall over under any circumstances.
In fact, this is not the whole of the band upgrade. Not long after this upgrade, Kayhoma upgraded the vertical height of the band from 2 inches to 3 inches. This does not further increase the height of the socks, but increases the area of the band that contacts the skin by more than 30%, so that the pressure of the band on the thigh is reduced and the blood circulation of the thigh is protected. This is one of the reasons why Kayhoma thigh high socks can rise above the mid-thigh.
Not only that, but Kayhoma has also upgraded the material of the thigh high socks. Currently, all thigh high socks are woven with long-staple cotton, and they are more soft than the previous version. In thickness, in color, these socks are upgraded to varying degrees.
Looking back from today, the current Kayhoma thigh high socks are a completely different level of products compared to the first version, and Kayhoma's research and development and updates will continue.
